We want to ensure that all users can enjoy the security app fully. To help you determine if your smartphone is compatible with our security app, we've compiled a list of supported mobile phone devices.
Please be aware that the listed devices are the minimum requirements for running the security app. While the app may work on other devices not listed here, we cannot guarantee its smooth operation. Using the app on devices that do not meet the minimum requirements may result in performance issues or other unforeseen problems.
iPhone Smartphones
For iOS users, the security app requires a minimum of iOS 12 or later to run. This means that the following iPhone models are supported:
- iPhone 5S and later
- iPod Touch (6th generation) and later
- iPad Air, iPad mini 2, and iPad (5th generation) and later
Android Based Smartphones
The security app requires a minimum of Android 7.0 or later to run for Android users. This means that the following Android devices are supported:
- Samsung Galaxy S5 and later
- Google Nexus 5 and later
- Xiaomi Mi 4c, Redmi note 2, Redmi 3s and later
- Sony Xperia Z3 and later
- Android smartphones that have Android version 7.0 or later.
Huawei Based Smartphones
For Huawei users, the security app requires a minimum of EMUI 3.1. Huawei smartphones with HarmonyOS are supported as well. Despite HarmonyOS being a distinct operating system, it can run Android apps. The following Huawei smartphones are supported:
- Huawei P8 and later
- Huawei Honor 7 and later
- Huawei Mate X and later
